Your proposal should include a cover letter that clearly explains the significant actions, notifiable actions, notifiable national security actions and reviewable national security actions under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (FATA) that are proposed to be taken or have been taken and lists the legal entities involved.
All information will be required before we can assess your submission in the portal, significant delays may result if you don’t provide all the information required.
