The Treasury and the Australian Taxation Office will close on the afternoon of Tuesday 24 December 2024 and re‑open at 9 am AEDT Thursday 2 January 2025. Foreign investment proposals will not be processed during this shutdown period.

Proposals received after Friday 22 November 2024 may not be processed before the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
