Treasury and the Australian Taxation Office will close from the afternoon of Wednesday 24 December 2025 and re-open at 9.00 am AEDT Friday 2 January 2026.

We will not process foreign investment submissions during this time.

If you submit after Friday 21 November 2025, we may not process your application before the holiday period.

A case officer may contact you to discuss options if your submission is expected to be finalised in the new year.
